Our goal is to better the stray community and provide assistance to animals and owners in need. The majority of our cats available for adoption are strays found in trouble, part of a trap and release program, or surrended by an owner for various reasons. We provide full veterinary care to all animals that come into our care. All cats adopted out are spayed/neutered, age appropriately vaccinated, dewormed, treated for fleas, and have been examined by a veterinarian at least twice.
Our staff is comprised of volunteers who are dedicating their time to help these cats and kittens at our location.
We have multiple fosters who give there time and allow many kittens and cats into their home with their family. They provide them with the care they need until they are strong enough for adoption.
Donors are the foundation of our operation. We can not provide for these animals and provide them with a high standard of care without you!

It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we say goodbye to a wonderful person, longtime friend, client and early supporter of HCR. Rich Sagehorn will be incredibly missed.
